Creating a crew sign-up sheet will help you stay organized so you can contact your crew and be ready to broadcast.
First decide on what elements you want to include to in your broadcast.
- How many cameras?
- Do you want commentators and if so how many?
- Do you need graphics to support your broadcast?
Keep the broadcast simple before trying to add more complex elements.
