To broadcast a Pixellot event, you will first need to create the event in Console. Same-day or last-minute events must be scheduled at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time for the Pixellot unit to launch the event correctly.

The first step is to open <span class=""><i><b>console.nfhsnetwork.com </b></i></span>and click <span class=""><i><b>Add New Event</b></i>.</span>
Click <span class=""><i><b>Activity List</b>.</i></span>
Select <b><i>Activity Type </i></b><i></i>from the dropdown menu.<br>
Click <span class=""><i><b>Select a Producer</b>.</i></span>
Select <b><i>a Producer</i></b><i>.</i><b><i><br></i></b><span class=""><i><b><br></b></i>Be sure to select the Pixellot camera that corresponds to the event venue. Pixellot cameras are identified with descriptors like<i> </i>"<b>- Gym</b>" or "<b>- Field</b>."<br><br></span>
Click the dropdown field next to <span class=""><i><b>Gender</b>.</i></span>
Select <b><i>Gender</i></b><i>.</i>
Click the dropdown field next to <b><i>Level</i></b><i>.</i>
Select <b><i>Level </i></b><i></i>of competition.
Click the dropdown field next to <span><i><b>Type</b>.</i></span>
Select <span class=""><i><b>Type </b></i>of event<i>.</i></span>
Click the field next to <span><i><b>City</b></i>.</span>
Type <span class=""><i><b>City </b></i>of event location.</span>
Click <b></b>the dropdown field next to <b><i>State</i></b><i>.</i>
Select <span class=""><i><b>State</b>.</i></span>
Click <span class=""><i><b>Calendar Button </b></i>to select the date of the event.<br><br>**Be sure to select the right <b>time zone</b>!</span>
Select the new <b><i>Start Date</i></b><i>.</i>
Click <b><i></i></b><i></i>to select the <b>Start Time </b>of the event.<br><br><br><b>**Adding last minute events:</b><i><b> </b></i>Events must be scheduled at <i>least 1 hour before start time.</i><br>
Click <span class=""><i><b>Select One</b>.</i></span>
Select <b><i>Duration </i></b><i></i>of the event (it is better to overestimate how long an event will last).<br><br>This will determine how long the Pixellot camera stays recording.
Add a <span class=""><i><b>Description </b></i>(optional).<br><br>This will appear underneath the video player on the NFHS Network site.</span>
<span><b><i>Availability </i></b>will default to <b><i>Live Stream & VOD</i></b>. After the live stream is complete, the recording will automatically upload to the NFHS Network site for on-demand viewing. <br><br>If you do not want a recording of the event, select <b><i>Live Stream Only</i></b>.</span>
Select <b><i>State </i></b><i><b></b></i><b></b>to narrow down participating schools.
Your school will automatically default as the home team. <br><br>To add the opponent school (or additional school participants), start typing their <b><i>School Name</i></b> here.<br><br>
Then, select <b><i></i></b><i></i>the <b><i>School </i></b>from the dropdown menu.<br><br>If school does not exist, contact Production Support at 1-877-339-7529.
Privacy Settings can be found under <b><i>Other Options</i></b><i>.</i><b><i><br></i></b>
<span><b><i>Unlisted</i> </b>will make your live stream and/or VOD hidden on the NFHS Network. </span>Only viewers with the direct URL will be able to access the event.<span>\n<p><b><i>Blackout Dates</i></b> will make your VOD completely inaccessible for the duration of the dates set.</p><i><b></b></i></span>
Click <span class=""><i><b>Next </b></i>to finalize and schedule your event.</span>
Once the Pixellot event is scheduled, it will <b>automatically begin to produce </b>15 minutes before the start time.<br>
You have successfully created a new event using Console!<br><br>This process automatically generates a Live Stream page and Video On Demand page (thumbnails at bottom of page).
