- You will be prompted to select your school (if you manage multiple programs please select the appropriate school).
- Near the bottom of the page, use the drop-down menu labeled Pixellot Watermarks and select the desired Pixellot unit.
- Immediately below that menu three options will show.
- There are three locations you can place a watermark

Note: This Will Not Update Live Events (Use the instructions for adding a watermark to a single broadcast for that).

- Scroll to the bottom of the event page and click the picture icon beneath Live Streams
- Click the SCORING tab

Once you add a Broadcast Level watermark, this respective broadcast will no longer use the Pixellot Level Watermarks. All watermark updates will have to be made on the Broadcast Level for this broadcast. Removing all the Broadcast Level watermarks will not bring back the Pixellot Level for that broadcast
IMPORTANT: For watermarks to display the Sportzcast/OCR Scoreboard Hardware must be Plugged into the Pixellot Computer
Notes about image format and size:
- PNG and JPEG/JPG are the only allowed file formats for watermarks.
- When uploading an image aspect ratio is important for displaying the watermarks at a reasonable size. There is not a dimension limit on image uploads, but the images are resized on upload to a maximum width OR height of 500 pixels (whichever greater).
-
The aspect ratio is maintained so it is important that transparent backgrounds on PNG files are cropped appropriately and all images are cropped to ensure aspect ratios near 1:1.
- Ex. Uploading an image of 3000x150 would be resized to 500x25 which would display very small with likely unreadable text, but uploading an image of 3000x2700 would be resized to 500x450 which would appear appropriately sized.
