Support Pixellot Troubleshooting Appointment
Use this link if your Pixellot computer is having technical difficulties, is offline, scores are not populating on your stream, or any other issue relating to your Pixellot camera or Pixellot stream.
Once you select the link above, you will be directed to our NFHS Network Support Appointments web page. Select the service that corresponds with your situation, the date and time you would prefer an NFHS Network Support Agent to reach out, and then add your details and additional information. After you have filled out the form, select the 'Book' button located at the bottom of the web page.
Field Service Pixellot Appointment
Use this link if you have recently completed an installation of your Pixellot unit and are ready for activation, scoreboard calibration, or your Pixellot camera calibration.
Once you select the link above, you will be directed to our Field Service Appointments web page. Select the service that corresponds with your desired outcome, the date and time you would prefer an NFHS Network Field Service Agent to reach out, and then add your details and additional information. After you have filled out the form, select the 'Book' button located at the bottom of the web page.
