How to Manage Pixellot Notifications

To assist you with your Pixellot system, we have incorporated Pixellot notifications for when your Pixellot system goes offline or detailing upcoming events.

Our offline notification will be sent to you via email or SMS 72 hours before your scheduled event airs on the NFHS Network.

Every Monday morning, you will receive an email or SMS detailing all upcoming events scheduled to be broadcast on your Pixellot cameras for that week. If your events do not appear to be scheduled correctly, see our guide Scheduling/Editing a Pixellot Event for steps on how to update them. If you do not see any events scheduled, you can email your season schedule to schedules@nfhsnetwork.com.

How to Receive Notifications

  1. Log into your Console account on your desktop computer via console.nfhsnetwork.com with your account credentials.
  2. Navigate to the sidebar on the left of your screen and select the School Page tab.
  3. Select your school located under Choose a School to Edit.
  4. Scroll down to the section labeled Contact and Pixellot Details.
  5. Click the + button next to Pixellot Contacts + Add Pixellot Contact.Screen_Shot_2020-08-26_at_10.40.03_AM.png
  6. Enter the required information.
  7. Select Save for the changes to go into effect.

How to Disable Notifications

  1. Log in to your Console account on your desktop computer.
  2. Navigate to the sidebar on the left of your screen and select School Page.
  3. Select your school under Choose a School to Edit.
  4. Scroll down to the section labeled Contact and Pixellot Details.
  5. Click the - next to whichever contact you wish to remove from the notification list.

  6. Select Save for the changes to go into effect.
