What To Do |
Pixellot unit is OFFLINE |
Your Pixellot unit must be powered on and actively connected to our servers to function. If the unit is not connected to our servers (i.e. “offline”) for any reason, you will receive a notification via text and/ or email. |
If your unit is offline and has a broadcast scheduled in the next 72 hours, you will receive this notification. |
Click here for troubleshooting techniques. Usually the issue is simple (e.g. unit is unplugged from power or internet). If unit is still offline after troubleshooting, contact our Support team. |
Upcoming Events |
We will send you an email displaying all upcoming events scheduled to be broadcast on your Pixellot units for that week. |
Every Monday morning |
Make sure the events look right – if they need to be adjusted, you can log into Console and change them. If you don’t see any events at all, please be sure you have emailed your schedules in to schedules@nfhsnetwork.com. |
