Using Console, you can track the status of your Pixellot unit to see when it will arrive at your school. Unless told otherwise, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days.

Instructions

1. Log into Console using your desktop at console.nfhsnetwork.com and click School Page from the left-hand menu.

2. Click on your school.

3. Click Pixellot Order Status from the top menu.

4. Each Pixellot system for your school will be listed here, along with the following information (see screenshot for reference):

A.  Order Status – this shows the current status of your Pixellot order.

B.  A brief description of the Order Status.

C.  Next Step – this shows the next step for your Pixellot order.

D.  Calibration Status – When your Pixellot order = "Calibration," there are several steps it must go through before Calibration is complete. Calibration Status shows which of these steps your Pixellot order is in.

E.  A brief description of the Calibration Status.
