Replacing your defective Pixellot computer with the replacement that has been shipped out to you is a simple process. If you have received your Pixellot computer, follow the instructions below:
How to Install Your Replacement Pixellot Computer
Once you have finished installing your replacement Pixellot computer, remember to ship the defective Pixellot computer back to us in the box that your replacement came in. A shipping label will be provided.
Follow the steps below to install your replacement Pixellot computer:
- Take your new Pixellot computer out of the box and inspect it for any damages it may have received during the shipping process.
- Take a photo of the Pixellot serial sticker located on the back of your Pixellot Computer. You will need this serial number later.
- Unplug and place the defective Pixellot computer in the box that the replacement Pixellot computer came in.
- Plug the camera cables into the back of the replacement Pixellot computer NIC card. It does not matter which order you plug the camera cables in.
- Connect the replacement Pixellot computer to the internet by plugging the internet ethernet cable into the port near the USB ports.
- Scan the second QR code on the instruction sheet that came with your replacement Pixellot computer with your mobile phone. Scanning the QR code will take you to our RMA form.
- Fill out the necessary information. This is where you will input the serial number of your replacement Pixellot computer.
- An NFHS Network Support Agent will reach out to you once the replacement Pixellot computer is activated and able to stream.
