Here are instructions for how to check the current status of your Pixellot systems in Console Mobile (and what each status means):
- Log into Console Mobile (help.nfhsnetwork.com)
- Click the "Pixellots" tab
- You will see a list of your Pixellots -- look under the "Status" column and see below for what each status means
STATUS | MEANING |
Sleep | Pixellot is powered on and connected to internet, but it's not currently broadcasting a game (this is the status your Pixellot will be in most of the time). |
Reset | Before Pixellot starts broadcasting a game, it takes about 90 seconds to "rev up" -- this status means the Pixellot is in this 90-second period. If this status persists for more than 5 minutes (be sure to refresh the page), click the yellow GET HELP button to contact our Support team. |
Live |
Pixellot is currently broadcasting a game.
|
Offline | Pixellot is unable to broadcast because it is either disconnected from power/internet or your school’s network has firewalls that are blocking it. Click here for troubleshooting instructions. |
Maintenance | Pixellot is currently in Maintenance mode, which means a Support Engineer is currently working on your unit. When they are done working on your unit, your unit will either return to Sleep or Live, depending on the work needed. If Pixellot is in Maintenance mode for over 24 hours, please click the yellow GET HELP button to contact our Support team. |
Error | Pixellot is unable to broadcast because of an error. If you see this status, click the yellow GET HELP button in Console Mobile to contact our Support team. |
N/A | Pixellot has not yet been activated. If you see this status, click the yellow GET HELP button in Console Mobile to contact our Support team. |
