Understanding your installed Pixellot's status is an important part of keeping your Pixellot camera functional for scheduled events. Each status has its own meaning and understanding the status will assist you in the troubleshooting process if your Pixellot camera is having issues.
Steps to Check Your Pixellot Status in Console Mobile
- Log into your Console Mobile account on your mobile phone via help.nfhsnetwork.com with your account credentials.
- Select the 'Pixellots' tab located at the bottom of your screen.
- Once selected, you will see a list of your Pixellots. The 'status' column will tell you what status your Pixellot camera is currently in.

STATUS | MEANING |
Sleep | Your Pixellot camera is powered on and connected to internet, but it is not currently broadcasting a game. This is the status your Pixellot camera will be in a majority of the time. |
Reset | Before your Pixellot camera starts broadcasting a game, it takes about 90 seconds to activate. When in reset, your Pixellot camera is in this 90 second period. If this status persists for more than five minutes after refreshing the web page, select the yellow 'GET HELP' button in Console Mobile located at the bottom right of your screen to contact our Support team. |

Your Pixellot camera is currently broadcasting a game.

Offline | Your Pixellot camera is unable to broadcast because it is either disconnected from power/internet or your school’s network has firewalls that are blocking it. Click here for troubleshooting instructions or select the yellow 'GET HELP' button in Console Mobile located at the bottom right of your screen to contact our Support team. |
Maintenance | An NFHS Network Support Agent is currently working on your unit. When they are finished, your Pixellot camera will return to the 'Sleep' or 'Live' status. If your Pixellot camera is in the Maintenance status for over 24 hours, select the yellow 'GET HELP' button in Console Mobile located at the bottom right of your screen to contact our Support team. |
Error | Your Pixellot camera is unable to broadcast because of an error. If you see this status, select the yellow 'GET HELP' button at the bottom right of your screen to contact our Support team. |
N/A | Your Pixellot camera has not yet been activated in our system. If you see this status, select the yellow 'GET HELP' button in Console Mobile located at the bottom right of your screen to contact our Support team. |
