If you need to adjust the audio level on your Pixellot S1 system, you must make the change at your venue. Please reference the directions below:
To adjust the audio level on a S1 camera, locate the Beheringer U-PHORIA device (picture below). It will be directly connected to the Pixellot Computer (VPU).
Ensure both of the Gain nobs for channel 1 and 2 on the front are identically positioned (i.e., both are facing the same direction, like 12'o clock).
To adjust the audio level, use the Output knob (right-hand side) to turn the audio up and down on stream.

How to connect the Pixellot S1 camera head to the U-PHORIA device
On the back of the Pixellot S1 camera head, there are 5 ethernet cables. The 5th cable from the back of the S1 head (labeled MIC) goes into the Ethernet to XLR adapter (pictured below). The XLR connectors go into the front ports 1 and 2 on the U-PHORIA.
